I awoke to a disturbance in The Force today...a good disturbance. When I set out to write Liquid Leadership, my goal was to awaken Baby Boomers to the big changes taking place on planet earth. Mainly, that a new generation trained in technology would be affecting business, expectations, sales and our future.
And of course, innovation was a huge part of my career in corporate events. So I included copious amounts of creative techniques to bring out the best in people.
